I’ve spent a lot of time reading on the computer screen today; as a result, my eyes, back, and rear end are all tired from staring and sitting for a bit too long. So tonight I’m going to “cheat” slightly with my blog entry, and post an image I actually took yesterday.
It did make me smile, though – and to me, that’s ultimately what counts. :)
With that disclaimer, here we go…
Yesterday morning when I got in my car, I noticed a very white sliver of moon against a very dark blue night sky. It looked very cool, and I smiled at the beauty of the scene. Then I drove to work, and as I entered the light pollution and traffic of the freeway,
I quickly forgot about that lovely image.
I got to the parking garage and began my walk into the office. About halfway to my building, I turned a corner – and saw that terrific moon again, this time peeking out between two skyscrapers.
It was as though the moon was playing a fun little game of hide-and-seek with me;
and I found “it”.
I realize these images are not great. They were taken by my phone, and are therefore nothing “special”; but they are lovely reminders for me. And as I see them here again,
I smile anew.

What a delightful game you played yesterday —
I can’t take full credit; the moon started our fun little game… ;)
Sweet story & nice to see a picture of were you live. :)
Thanks. :) Will you be posting any pictures of your home or city anytime soon? I’d love to see it.
