An autumn/summer day in Minneapolis/Paris

This afternoon I had a yoga class, and I (unintentionally) arrived at the studio a full 30 minutes before the workshop was scheduled to begin.  I was kind of tired, so I parked my car in the shade, rolled down the windows so that the breeze could come in, leaned the seat back, turned the radio on, and listened to Gershwin’s “American in Paris” while watching leaves fall.  All of my senses were engaged, and I completely basked in the present moment.
