I have a niece and a nephew who are one and one-and-a-half years old, respectively. Today I received voluntary hugs and smiles from each of them; and truly, there are few things more amazing than being in the presence of genuine, radiant baby happiness. The pure bliss, buoyancy, and delight they exude is both pervasive and persuasive; they are little joy-making beings. My heart can’t help but swell when I’m around them. They are incredible.
