Ten years ago today a very sweet boy agreed to spend the rest of his life with me. He likely didn’t know exactly what he was getting in to – but I am deeply grateful he chose to stay with me: through the difficulties, the stresses, the emotions, the doubts, the insecurities, the worries, the sorrows, the hurts; but also through the easy times, the happy times, the confident times, the carefree times, the joyful times, and the healing times.
I don’t know very many things for sure, but I am certain that I would not be the person I am today without my husband’s care, compassion, kindness, humor, levity, lightness, and love. He is an amazing man. I still don’t know exactly how I became so lucky as to get to become his wife – but it has been one of the best gifts I have ever received.
Joel, thank you for being such an amazing human. Words truly can’t express all of the gratitude I feel for you, and all of the love I hold for you.

The bouquet is comprised of 10 of my wedding flowers – one for every year we’ve been married. Both the sentiment and the product are beautiful.
