A napkin’s tale

Yesterday while getting a lovely morning beverage, I saw that the coffee shop I frequent had replaced their standard napkins with holiday-themed wipes.  Upon closer review, I discovered that these new napkins were not only seasonal, but interactive!  How fun!

Now, put your words from above into the holiday “Mad Lib” below:

Fun, eh?  Here’s how mine read:

The holidays can be a fast time of year.  From baking friend-shaped cookies to decorating the dog to finding that perfect gift for your bright heart, it’s no wonder people get totally funny.

This year, make the most of your holidays by spending more time with your happy tree, sipping on Americano, and singing holiday carols like you’re the lead singer of The Beatles.

Make it Merry.

Awesome.  [And it kinda actually made some sense – bonus!]  🙂  If you’d like to share your messages, feel free to do so in the comments below.  I’d love to read them!

Seasons Greetings!

The holidays can be a horrific time of year. From baking dragon-shaped cookies to decorating the witch to finding that perfect gift for your tender firefly, it’s no wonder people get totally fiery.
This year make the most of your holidays by spending more time with your opalescent applesauce, sipping on an egg cream, and singing holiday carols like you’re the lead singer of Pink Floyd.

Well, it doesn’t make much sense to me, but my tender firefly says she enjoyed it. So it’s okay.

Dragon-shaped cookies sound very exciting! And they work very well with fiery people. 🙂

Opalescent applesauce sounds like a very nice treat for Pink Floyd; very trippy. 😉

This was fun to read Judith; thanks for sharing!

(And you could even do one in French if you really wanted to…)

  2. How fun! 🙂 While out and about, I found a Mad Libs book with a Christmas theme. I couldn’t help but buy it for our family Christmas party. I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!
