Walking to my car after work today, I turned a corner and saw this:
Now, I can be rather absent-minded myself (I’ve misplaced everything from my cell phone to my credit card), so I’m not criticizing the individual who accidentally left these crutches “lying around”. Rather, I just have a question: Logistically, how does a person forget the device that facilitates their own mobility?
I can just imagine some poor soul hopping on one foot around the city, muttering, “Damn – now where did I put those pesky crutches?!”
(And, I’ll admit, that mental picture kinda does make me laugh…) 🙂

Lol! I’ll bet they didn’t get very far.

I honestly can’t figure out how they took more than two steps without realizing something was wrong…

I must admit, crutches are a pretty weird thing to lose or mis-lay! Hope they remember where they left them and go back!
Can’t help but laugh though . . . 😀 😀

The crutches were gone Wednesday morning; so someone claimed them. I just wonder if that someone was the original owner or not…

Was that a typo? Or is “LoVl” some new acronym I need to learn?

What’s the story that goes with the photo? It’s going to haunt me —- until I make it up in my head!
